Oatmeal creme, toasted spelt mousse, maple gel, sesame nougatine, almond pumpkin seed cake.
The maple gel is very thick and sticky, like gum. Oatmeal creme has a vanilla flavour. The pumpkin seed cake adds a homely touch. Overall, a good, gentle cake.
Update: The latest incarnation of this cake has it covered in caramelly squiggles (topping).
