There’s only a faint taste of ginger in the creamy top part of this cake. Ginger is more prominent in the ginger pudding base. The ginger beer gel is refreshingly moist. Be careful with the chocolate eggs - they’re delicate, and filled with custardy foam. A lovely creation, I want another!
