This cake was featured on the SBS television series. Created by one of the Zumbo staff, it has basil creme and crunch with clear gelee inside a tomato-shaped shell.

Bubblegum by Adriano Zumbo
Looks like Ispahan, but disappointingly, the filling is bubblegum-flavoured. Oh, and there are pop rocks in the white chocolate plaque underneath the macaron.
